2023 Arbor Day Celebration – CANCELED
Due to the weather forecast, the 2023 Town of Odessa Arbor Day celebration is CANCELED. This event will not be rescheduled.
Mel Minear, Tree Commission Chair, will be there at 3PM (Rain or Shine) to hand out seedlings to the public.
