Town Ordinance 2002-1
It’s that time of year again. Please be reminded that Town Ordinance 2002-1 states:
Property owners are responsible for pruning trees and other vegetation on their property to allow for clear passage of pedestrians and motor vehicles along sidewalks & streets.
- Prune your trees & shrubs
- Remove grass, weeds, and other obstacles from sidewalks
- Violation notices & fines will be issued
